摘  要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉和石膏3种掺合料取代水泥用量对干粉砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰、矿粉和石膏复合掺加取代水泥,可使砂浆中矿粉的活性得到较好激发;增稠保湿剂(RX1与HPMC按9∶1质量比复配)掺量0.6%时,砂浆的稠度和保水性较好;当矿粉掺量为30%、粉煤灰、石膏掺量均为10%时,加入增稠保湿剂,砂浆强度等级能够满足M10要求。The workability and mechanical property of dry-mixed mortar can be improved and the cost of raw material has been reduced by adding some admixtures in dry-mixed mortar. The influence made by replacing cement by three different mineral admixtures i.e. fly ash, slag and desulphurization gypsum on dry-mixed mortar was investigated. The results indicated that fly ash, slag and desulphurization gypsum in dry-mixed mortar can activate the excitation of slag. When 0.6% RX1 and HPMC was mixed at the mass proportion of 9 : 1, the consistency and water-binding capacity of dry-mixed mortar were good. The requirements of M10 grade can be reached by adding 30% slag, 10% fly ash and 10% desulphurization gypsum.
