摘 要:以垃圾焚烧(MSWI)飞灰为主要原料,烧制了硫铝酸钙(CSA)水泥。研究了单掺或复掺MSWI飞灰、石灰石粉(LI)、粉煤灰(FA)及矿渣粉(SL)的复合CSA水泥基材料的耐久性。结果表明,与单掺10%MSWI飞灰的CSA水泥相比,复掺20%混合材的水泥抗压强度明显提高,尤其是复掺5%LI和15%SL;复掺20%混合材的CSA水泥基材料的干缩、抗碳化和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能都有一定的改善,但对抗渗性略有负面影响;随着水化龄期增长,CSA水泥净浆试样的氯离子溶出量呈降低趋势,且长龄期后溶出量渐趋稳定。Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash was used as a main raw material in sintering and preparing calcium sulphoaluminate(CSA) cement. This work focused on effects of cement additives of MSWI fly ash, lime powder(LI), fly ash(FA), and slag powder(SL) on the durability of CSA cement-based material. Compared with the hardened cement containing 10% MSWI fly ash alone, compressive strengths of specimens containing 20% combined additives was improved significantly, especially the specimen with 5% LI+ 15% SL. When 20% combined additives were added, the resistance to shrinkage, carbonation and sulfate attack was strengthened, while the combined additives had negative effects on the resistance to water permeability. With the hydration ages going on, soluble chloride ion content from CSA cement paste decreased, then it tended to be stable at long term curing ages.
