摘  要:用运动界面高精度差分格式求解二维Navier-stokes方程,直接模拟不同炸药爆轰速度、基复板安装间距碰撞点锐楔区的压力场及速度流场,分析爆炸复合板锐楔区压力场分布特点及历时作用形式,发现爆轰压力作用下基板表面产生不同程度的反激波现象,及锐楔区空气介质流动在弯折复板与基板之间呈扇形状分布的层流射流状态流动。锐楔区反激波现象研究对爆炸焊接熔化层形成的分析具有一定参考价值。The high-precision differential format of movement interface was used to solve the two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation. The pressure and velocity fields in the sharp wedge zone of collision points in the base-upset board installation were simulated at different explosives' detonation velocities. The pressure distribution characteristic and the acting form of the explosion of explosive composite plate in sharp wedge zone were analysed. Different degrees of antishock phenomenon can be found under detonation pressure on substrate surface. The air medium flow distribution in fanshaped jet is also found by simulation to be laminar flow between upset and base plate. The results can be referencial to the melt layer formation analysis for explosive welding.
