摘 要:针对装备保障训练效果评估工作的复杂性,提出了基于云理论的评估方法,运用Delphi法建立了装备保障训练效果评估指标体系,在指标选取的基础上,运用AHP法进行指标权重的确定,然后运用云模型评估方法较好地解决了装备保障训练效果评估中指标的定性描述向定量表示转换的问题,最终通过实例表明所提出的云评估模型所得出的结果客观而真实,对定性综合评估研究具有参考价值。For the complexity in the synthetic evaluation of equipment support training,the evaluation model was proposed based on cloud theory,and the evaluation index system was constructed by means of Delphi method.Since the evaluating system was fixed,AHP principle was introduced to fix the index factors' weighing,the cloud theory was used to solve the problem which is transform from the index factors' qualitative described mode to the quantitative analysis.Finally an example in the evaluation of equipment support training indicates that the proposed evaluation model is feasible and effective,the research reflects that the cloud model is helpful to solve the qualitative synthetic evaluation problem.
