摘  要:钇铝石榴石(YAG)具有许多优异的性能,被广泛研究和应用。采用真空烧结制备YAG多孔陶瓷,分析结果表明:在1 500℃烧结的YAG多孔陶瓷微孔结构均匀规整,孔径约为5μm,晶粒形貌呈规则颗粒状,断裂形式为沿晶断裂;1 550℃烧结的多孔陶瓷,微孔结构均匀规整,孔径处于2~5μm之间,晶体呈棒状或针状结构,断裂形式为沿晶断裂和穿晶断裂并存;1 600℃烧结的陶瓷,晶粒长成片状结构,孔结构基本消失,断裂形式为穿晶断裂。随着真空烧结温度的升高,不但YAG多孔陶瓷的孔结构逐渐消失,而且能耗越来越多;结合孔隙度、力学性能与能耗之间的性价比综合考虑,确定YAG多孔陶瓷的烧结温度为1 550℃。Due to some excellent properties of YAG, it is studied and applied widely. The YAG porous ceramics were prepared via the vacuum sintering technology. The resuhs show that the pore microstructure and crystal particles of YAG porous ceramics prepared by the vacuum sintering method at 1 500 ℃ are homogeneous and regular,pore size is about 5μm, and the fracture type is of intergranular fracture. The pore mivrostructure of YAG porous ceramics prepared at 1 550 ℃ are homogeneous and regular, the pore size is about 2 - 5 μm, the crystal has rod - shape or acicular structure, and the fracture type is of intergranular fracture and intracrystalline fracture. The pore mierostructure of YAG porous ceramics sintered at 1 600℃ is disappeared basically, the crystal has laminate structure, and the fracture type is of intracrystalline fracture. With increasing the sintering temperature, the porosity is decreased gradually and the energy consumption is increased, the suitable sintering temperature of YAG porous ceramics is 1 550 ℃.
