摘　　要：以荧光染料单体和二聚体平衡转化为基础 ,提出了荧光素二聚体生物探针测定蛋白质的方法 .其结果与常用的考马斯亮兰法一致 ,但线性范围宽 。Based on the equilibrium shift between monomer and dimer of fluoresent dyes,a new method of fluorescein dimer for the determination of protein is proposed.This method can give values close to the coomassie brilliant blue and has advantages of wide liner range.The system can be applied to analyse of routine protein and clinical test.
