电梯模型在可编程控制器实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：以天煌公司的THPFDT-2型教学用电梯为被控对象,利用Rockwell公司的SLC500系列可编程控制器,并结合变频器,完成了硬件配置、软件编程、上位机监控画面等内容,实现了电梯运行,变频调速、轿厢内外呼叫应答等功能。在此基础上,将模块化思想引入程序设计中,使得整个电梯的程序设计更加简洁易懂。该项目结合实践性教学,不仅让学生深入地掌握课程内容,还可激发他们的学习兴趣,提高动手能力,同时培养创造性思维。The elevator model is one of common controlled objects in the course of programmable logic controller, however, the complexity control logic the model is impractical for teaching. Moreover, due to lacking of practical operations, the teaching effect is not very good. Selecting THPFDT-2 teaching elevator model and SLC-500 programmable logic controller, the project will complete the design of the whole control system of this model, including hardware configuration, software and design of human-machine interface. It can realize the function of elevator, such as moving up or down, variable frequency speed regulation, response to the calls inside and outside of carbin. In addition, the researchers used the modulation thoughts making the whole design more succinct and pellucid. Furthermore, students can deeply understand the content of the course and intrigue their interest in study and improving their ability, meanwhile it also cultivates their creative thinking.
