军校实验室文化内涵界定及建设原则

摘　　要：实验室文化建设是当前军校文化建设中的一个重要组成部分。准确地界定实验室文化的内涵及构成,有助于正确把握军校实验室文化建设的方向;深入研究军校实验室文化建设原则和建设途径,能为军校实验室文化建设提供重要理论依据。本文对实验室文化研究现状进行了综述,并综合不同学者的观点,对军校实验室文化的内涵进行了界定;最后阐述了军校实验室文化建设必须把握的两个基本原则,提出了军校实验室文化的建设途径。Laboratory culture construction plays an important part in the culture construction in military academies at present. An accurately defined connotation and composition of laboratory culture help the correct construction of laboratory culture. A careful study of the construction principles of laboratory culture in military academies can provide important theory basis for laboratory culture construction. This paper summarized the research made on laboratory culture, defined the connotation and composition of laboratory culture in military academies based on the idea of some scholars, expounded on the principles and ways for laboratory culture construction in military academies.
