摘  要:目的探讨联合应用阿托伐他汀及辅酶Q10改善心衰大鼠能量代谢的作用机制。方法将大鼠左冠状动脉前降支结扎,存活的24只大鼠饲养6 w,随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、阿托伐他汀组、阿托伐他汀+辅酶Q10组,每组6只,灌胃给药5 w后测定血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)及非梗死区心肌组织三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量。结果联合应用辅酶Q10及阿托伐他汀组大鼠心肌组织中ATP的含量升高,血清FFA的含量降低(P<0.05)。结论联合应用辅酶Q10及阿托伐他汀可能通过纠正心衰时FFA及ATP的代谢紊乱,改善心衰时心肌重构过程中的能量代谢。Objective To investigate the metabolic remodeling effects of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 on experimental heart failure in rats after myocardial infarction(MI).Methods The rat model of heart failure was established by left anterior descending coronary artery deligation.After 6 w,24 surviving rats were divided into sham,model,atorvastatin group and atorvastatin+coenzyme groups at random,6 rats in each,and were treated with medicines by intragastric administration respectively.At 12 w,the level of serum free fatty acid(FFA) and the content of ATP in the noninfarcted area of the left ventricle were measured.Results Atorvastatin association with coenzyme Q10 increased the content of ATP,whereas decreased the level of FFA in serum(P0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin association with coenzyme Q10 has retrieve energy metabolism disturbance FFA and ATP to improve metabolic remodeling on heart failure after AMI in rats.
