摘  要:1号机组甲循环水泵轴在运行中发生断裂,经综合试验分析认为,循环水泵轴断裂的主要原因是加工过程中未进行调质处理,生成大量晶粒粗大且强度很低的网状铁素体沿珠光体晶界分布,使晶间结合力减弱,严重削弱了材料的强度和韧性。此外,轴在高负荷、周期性应力作用下,首先在键槽底部尖角应力最为集中的地方萌生裂纹并在脆化的组织中迅速失稳扩展,进而导致轴体发生正断型斜面螺旋拉断脆性断裂。The shaft of No. 1 water circulating pump was broken when the unit is running. Through comprehensive analysis it showed that the modified treatment was deleted when shaft was processed and lots of coarse reticulate ferrite which distribute around pearlite was generated in this procedure. The intergranular binding force is descended, the strength and ductility are weaken. Besides, the crack was generated in sharp corner of key seat because of stress concentration under overload and cyclic stress, so the brittle tension fracture of normal inclined plane spiral was appeared.
