摘 要:目的了解宁夏布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)的流行现状及趋势,掌握布病的感染率、患病率及分布特征,为宁夏制定布病综合防控策略和防治措施提供理论依据。方法通过问卷调查的方式,在全区重点人群中开展布病流行病学现况调查,内容包括一般人口学特征、居住地、接触牲畜的种类及方式等方面,并检测血样。结果全区共调查重点人群3977人,筛检出血清阳性者145人,感染率3.65%;确诊113人,患病率2.84%。不同性别、年龄、不同文化程度间感染率差异有统计学意义(P均小于0.01);宁夏银川、石嘴山、吴忠、固原和中卫五地市间布病感染率、患病率差异均有统计学意义(感染χ2=76.719,P=0.000;患病χ2=150.010,P=0.000);接触不同牲畜及不同接触牲畜的方式的感染率差别均有统计学意义(χ2=10.912,P=0.004;χ2=55.988,P=0.000)。结论男性青壮年感染率较高;小学及以下文化程度感染率高于其他组;吴忠市感染率、患病率均高于其他地市;仅接触牛的人群感染率高于其他组;不同接触方式中,感染率居前三位的依次是:剪羊毛、接羔、配种。Objective To investigate epidemiological features and trends of brucellosis in Ningxia and to provide theoretical basis for formulating prevention and control strategy and comprehensive measures. MethodsA cross - sectional study was carried out in the key population of Ningxia by household survey and blood samples were collected. Results 145 serum positive subjects( 3.65% ) were found in 3977 key population. 113cases with brucellosis were diagnosed and the prevalence rate was 2.84% (113/3977). Infection rates showed significantly different between different genders (χ^2 = 23. 668, P = 0. 000 ), different age groups (χ^2=76.930,P=0. 005), different degree of education (χ^2 = 18. 782,P =0. 000) and different cities (χ^2 = 76.719, χ^2 = 150. 010, P = 0. 000). Conclusion Young men had higher infection rates; the lower educationdegree was, the higher infection rates was. we should further complete the cooperation of prevention and controlling, strengthen the health education and risk behavior intervention in key population and minimize thehigh risk population of brucelesis in the future.
