中药成方四君子汤对去卵巢大鼠血清骨钙素水平影响

摘　　要：目的　观察中药成方四君子汤对大鼠去卵巢 90天血清骨钙素水平的变化。方法　 2 8只 3月龄 SD雌性大鼠随机分组 :假手术组、去卵巢组和四君子汤药物组。实验 90天 ,处死大鼠心室取血 ,离心血清检测骨钙素。结果　去卵巢组与假手术组比 ,BGP显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ,四君子汤组与假手术组基本在同一水平 ,较去卵巢组低 30 % ( P<0 .0 1)。结论　本文结果显示四君子汤能抑制大鼠去卵巢Objective\ To measure the level of osteocalcin(BGP) in ovariectonuzed rats and study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Decoction of Four Noble Drugs on bone formation. Methods\ 28 female SD inbred rats were divided into sham\|ovarieciomized (sham) group and ovariectomized group (OVX). 12 weeks postsurgery,serum was collected to measure BGP by ELISA. Results Compared with OVX rats. the BGP level in the group treated with Decoction of Four Noble Drugs was markdly decreased (1.9 ng/L) and was equal to that in sham group. Conclusion\ Serum osteocalcin level in ovariectomized rats is inhibited by traditional Chinese medicine Decoction of Four Noble Drugs.
