摘　　要：针对产品生产线新的安规测试需求,将安规测试系统与网络技术融合,设计了远程集散式安规测试系统,实现多项电气参数(包括耐压、泄漏、绝缘、接地等)综合测试和远程监测。介绍了系统硬件和软件设计,重点阐述了系统设计中涉及的关键技术,如自定义通信协议、串口扩展、上位机信息处理中的多线程串口通信和水晶报表等技术。经过多次现场试验,系统能够满足测试需求,且通信稳定可靠。A safety and regulation test system based on remote distributed control mode is designed in order to meet the new requirements of product lines . The system using the RS -485 bus has achieved comprehensive test of electrical parameters （including withstand voltage, leakage current, insulation resistance and grounding resistance etc. ） and remote monitoring. Hardware design and software design are described, and the key technologies such as custom communication protocol, serial port expansion, multi - thread serial communication and crystal reports are mainly presented. The actual test results show that the system meets.the test requirements with stable and reliable communication.
