摘  要:目的探讨no-touch无创技术获取大隐静脉的血管周围组织(PVT)中是否有脂联素(APN)存在。方法对10例冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)患者的旁路静脉,分别行HE染色观察带有血管周围组织的旁路血管形态,免疫组化(IHC)及免疫印迹(WB)方法鉴定APN的存在。结果HE结果显示旁路血管周围组织为脂肪组织,IHC及WB证实PVT源性脂联素的存在。结论PVT源性血管保护因子APN的存在可能在no-touch技术获取的静脉旁路远期通畅率起着重要潜在保护作用。Objective This experiment was designed to investigate the presence and expression of adiponectin in the perivascular tissue of saphenous vein obtained by the non-invasive(no-touch) technique. Methods Vein grafts were obtained with the "no-touch" technique in 10 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery, HE for vascular morphology was performed on vein grafts with surrounding tissue, immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis were used to identify the presence and expression of adiponectin. Results HE showed that the perivascular tissue was fat tissue, the presence and ex- pression of aidponectin were confirmed by Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis. Conclusion PVT-derived vascu- lar protective adiponectin presence and expression may play a potential protective role in the improved long-term performance of no-touch SVs.
