摘 要:为研究某实际工程的不锈钢桁架柱在受压及压弯、不锈钢桁架梁在受弯状态下的承载力,对6个不锈钢桁架柱和3个不锈钢桁架梁进行试验研究。对试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-应变曲线等试验结果进行分析,得到不锈钢桁架柱和梁破坏形态、受力机理,及其影响承载力的主要因素。试验结果表明,试件的破坏均为受压直杆平面外失稳,且没有发生材料破坏,不锈钢呈现出明显的非线性,强度较高,延性较好。试验为此种不锈钢桁架柱和梁的工程实际应用提供了直接的依据,对不锈钢作为结构受力主材的应用提供了参考。In order to study the compressive capacity and compression-bending capacity of stainless steel truss columns and the flexural capacity of stainless steel truss beams for an engineering project, six stainless steel truss columns and three stainless steel truss beams were designed and tested. Based on the analysis of failure modes, load-displacement curves, load-strain curves and other experimental results, the mechanical behaviors, failure modes and major influential elements associated with the bearing capacity of columns and beams were analyzed. Experiment results indicate that the failure modes are all out-of-plane buckling of the compression-bearing straight rods without material failure and stainless steels show nonlinear behavior, high strength and well ductility. This study provides experimental basis for the practical application of this kind of stainless steel columns and beams and it can be used as references for the application of stainless steels as the structural materials.
