摘 要:目的:了解不同年龄人群血清中酸性肽的含量,以寻找神经退行性改变的早期预警的生物标志物。方法:采用内标法和高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)分析法。结果:分析结果显示:1~10岁组(A组),20~30岁组(B组),40~59岁组(C组)和60~80岁组(D组)人群血清中酸性肽的含量分别为2.943±1.340、2.338±0.371、2.052±0.328、(2.778±0.499)mg/ml。A组与B组相比P=0.082,A组与C组相比P=0.012,A组与D组相比P=0.628。结论:20~30岁组和40~59岁组人群血清中酸性肽的含量比1~10岁组和60~80岁组人群血清中酸性肽的含量低,具有统计学意义。Objective : In order to realize the contents of acidic peptide in serum of persons with different ages, so that find a biomarker to use as a predictor for early warning of nerve degeneration. Methods: The methods of inner standard agent and HPLC analysis were used. Results: Analysis results show that the contents of acidic peptide in 1-10 year group( A group) , 20-30 year group( B group), 40-59 year group ( C group) and 60-80 year group ( D group) are alone 2. 943 ± 1. 340, 2. 338 ± 0.371,2. 052 ± 0. 328, (2. 778 ± 0. 499 ) mg/ml. When A group compares with B, P equals to 0. 082. While A group compares with C group, P equals 0. 012. When A group compares with D group, P equals to 0. 628. Conclusion : The contents of acidic peptide in 20-30 year group and 30-59 year group are lower than ones in 1-10 year group and 60-80 year group, and the data have statistic significance.
