摘　　要：近年来随着社会经济迅速发展,各类建设项目施工和地质勘查需要临时使用土地日益频繁,涉及种类也日趋复杂,给土地管理带来新课题。本文分析了临时用地的法律界定与管理现状,提出了严格限定用地范围、强化审批监管、规范补偿标准、落实土地复垦等四方面的对策建议,为临时用地的规范、科学、制度化管理提供参考。In recent years, due to rapid social and economic development, the number of construction projects and geological site investigations that require the temporary use of land has increased, and the aspects involved have become more complex, giving rise to new land management issues. This paper analyzes the legal definition and management status of the temporary use of land, and proposes strictly limited to the scope of land, stricter regulations, standardized compensation, the implementation of land reclamation practices, for temporary land standardized, scientific and institutionalized management reference.
