摘　　要：核心价值是一个国家与民族软实力中的"核心软实力"。党的十八大报告首次在党的文件中阐述社会主义核心价值观,这一重要论述是我们党立足社会主义核心价值体系建设实践作出的重大理论创新,反映了我们党对社会主义核心价值观问题的最新认识。报告强调要深入开展社会主义核心价值体系学习教育,用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮、凝聚社会共识。社会主义核心价值观的确立具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。The core value is ＂core soft-power＂ in all soft-power of one country and nation. The socialist core value idea is described in the CCP eighteenth report, which appears first in our Party＇s files. The important exposition not only is major theoretical innovation that our Party bases on building socialistic core value system, but also is the latest understanding that our Party＇s thinking about socialist core value idea problem. The CCP eighteenth report points out clearly that we deeply develop the various learning and teaching activity about socialistic core value system, and then lead social thoughts condense social consensus by it. The establishment of socialist core value idea has major theoretical and practical significance.
