摘  要:提出难加工材料打孔的一种新电解电火花复合加工试验方法。然而,目前对电解电火花复合加工的机理和工艺缺乏深入的研究,对工艺参数影响复合作用工艺效果的规律缺乏全面了解。从钛合金材料打孔工作液的选择以及工作液对工艺效果影响入手,以寻求合适的电解电火花复合加工工作液。试验结果表明,合理选择工作液组分、浓度,并配合电参数,可实现高效低损耗打孔。孔侧面间隙均匀,但比电火花打孔大。Due to a lack of thorough research on the mechanism and the technology of Electrochemical Arc Ma- chining (ECAM), there is very limited knowledge on the effect of process parameters for the law of technological effect in ECAM. This paper introduces a new experimental method to bore deep holes by ECAM in materials that is traditionally difficult to drill. By the careful selection of electrolyte and understanding of the relation between electrolyte and technological effect, the proper electrolyte for electrodischarge erosion and electrochemical disso- lution compound machining of titanium alloys was successfully selected. Results show that electrolyte with the reasonable ingredient, concentration and electrical parameters will help in the efficient drilling with lower tool wear ratio. The machining accuracy of ECAM is lower than the result of electrical-discharge machining; however, the holes drilled by ECAM have better uniformity of the side gaps.
