摘　　要：为探讨葛根的提取工艺条件 ,采用薄层扫描法 ,以葛根素为检测指标 ,用正交试验考察了 4种因素 (乙醇浓度、用量、提取时间及提取次数 )对其含量的影响 。To study the extracting technical conditions of Pueraria lobata, Puerarin as index, TLC scanning was applied with, and orthogonal method was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors on extracting rate of Puerarin (alcohol density, volume, time and times) and an optimum extracting process for Pueraria lobata was chosen to ensure the quality of preparation and curative effect.
