中药煎药机的煎煮条件研究

摘　　要：研究中药煎药机的煎煮条件。方法 :在不同温度下测定总固体含量及药液的吸收度。结果 :以 1 1 5℃ ,0 .7kg· cm- 2 压力下比较适宜 ,总固体含量高 ,吸收度 A值大。结论 :中药煎药机在 1 1 5℃ ,0 .7kg· cm- 2 压力下煎煮效果好 ,煎出率高 ,适合临床用药。Objective: To study on decoction condition of traditional Chinese medicine extracting machine. Methods: To test the total solid contents and absorbance of decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine under different temperature. Results: The suitable condition is under the temperature of 115℃ and the pressure of 0.7 kg·cm -2 , the total solid contents and the absorbance are high. Conclusions: The traditional Chinese medicine extracting machine is efficacious on the temperature of 115℃ and under the pressure of 0.7 kg·cm -2 . The decoction validness is high. It is suitable for clinical use.
