摘  要:采用内循环厌氧反应器—循环式活性污泥法(IC-CASS)处理大豆蛋白废水,处理规模为4800m3/d。在进水COD、BOD、SS分别为12700~23000,5850~13000,2200~7350mg/L时,处理后出水COD、BOD、SS分别为200~350,71~94,106~112mg/L,去除率分别为98%,99%,95%~98%。该工程实例表明,采用该工艺处理大豆蛋白废水具有运行效果稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强等优点。The soyhean protein wastewater was treated with an Internal Circulation Reactor-Cyclic Activated sludge system of 4,800 m3/d. When the concentrations of COD, BOD and SS in influent were 12,700-23,000 mg/L, 5, 850-13,000 mg/L and 200-7,350 mg/L respectively, their concentrations in effluent were 200-350 mg/L, 71- 94mg/Land 106-112mg/L, with their removal rates at 98%, 99% and 95-98%. It was proved by practice that the combined technique has advantages of stable operation and high resistance to impact load.
