摘　　要：在"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"的倡议与实施的大背景下,卓越法律人才教育的理念尚有不清晰之处,亟需再理,地方高校法学教育更是面临着边缘化的困境。以湘南学院的实践性法学教育作为思考的范例,试图给困境和迷茫中的地方高校法学教育转型定位与发展指明出路。Now ＂the education Whereas, its unclear concept needs ties is still in a marginalized plight. and cultivation schedule for outstanding legal talents＂ has been carried out. urgently to be reconsidered and the legal science education in local universi- these puzzled universities on the basis So this essay tries to point out ways for the position and development for of the practical legal science education in Xiangnan University.
