摘　　要：学术评价制度体现着大学对教师科研能力的要求,学术评价的内容和标准影响着教师未来学术的发展方向。日本大学在评价教师学术时,评价理念注重教师科研热情的激发;评价内容注重质与量的并重;评价方法注重多样性;评价过程注重教师的话语权;评价结果注重公开透明化;评价应用注重信息的反馈。这些都是保障日本大学教师学术评价能成功实施的关键。Academic evaluation system reflects the requirements of the university teachers'academics.The contents and standards of academic evaluation also affect the teachers'development direction in academic area.When Japanese universities evaluates teachers in academic area,they lay more emphasis on inspiring teachers'enthusiasm in evaluation idea,on quality and quantity equally in evaluation contents,on teacher's right to speak in evaluation process,on diversity in evaluation method,on public transparency in evaluation results,on information-oriented feedback in evaluation applications.All these are the keys to protecting the successful implementation of the academic evaluation of university teachers in Japan.
