摘  要:介绍了高强度热轧镀锌用钢的开发工艺,成分设计中要保证最终产品的镀锌质量要保证钢中Si含量要低,采用控轧控冷工艺保证热轧产品指标以满足镀锌后产品性能。分析得出了"Mn偏析使得钢中带状组织级别高是镀锌产品屈服低的主要原因"的结论。通过采取二冷水缓冷、轧后提高冷却强度等工艺减轻带状组织,使产品满足使用要求。Process scheme and technology of high strength hot-rolled galvanized steel were introduced.The component is designed to guarantee the galvanization quality of the final product and the low content of Si.The controlled rolling and cooling process is adopted for rolling to guarantee the hot-rolled product index to satisfy the product performance after galvanization.The main reason for the low yield of the galvanized product caused by the high grade of the zonal structure due to the segregation of Mn was analyzed.It met the requirements by cooling aftercooling water slowly and improving the cooling strength after rolling.
