摘 要:以甘肃省兰州市为例,通过对居民电费缴纳情况进行问卷调查和深度访谈,以统计调查结果为基础,分析了兰州居民目前缴纳电费的现状及影响其选择缴费方式的因素,得出缴费距离和缴费服务2个因子是影响居民选择缴费方式的重要因素。同时基于缴费平均花费时间对居民进行分类,采用回归分析法拟合各种缴费方式的因素分析模型,提出适合不同类别居民的缴费方式,以利于居民更快捷缴费,从而在更大范围内实现居民"10分钟缴费"的目标。hnproving the service quality of paying the elec- tricity bills of residents is an important work for marketing manage- ment of the power company, through questionnaires and depth in- terviews with residents about paying the electricity bills, based on the survey results, this paper takes Gansu as an example and ana- lyzes the current situation of paying electricity bills and the influ- encing factors, and then it is found that the payment distance and services would affect residents' choices about payment methods. Then classifying the residents according to the average time of pay- ing the electricity bills and using regression analysis to fit the fac- tor analysis models of various payment methods, this paper puts fnr- ward different payment methods which are fit for different catego- ries of residents, in order to facilitate faster to pay the electricity bills, resulting in a greater range to achieve the goal of "Ten min- utes payment".
