摘 要:RS-485是测控网络中经常使用的串行总线之一,具备通用串行接口的CPU连接RS-485收发器就可实现该总线的硬件功能。介绍利用一体化数字与模拟混合处理器PSOC实现RS-485总线的主节点和从节点的设计。主节点完成与上位机和各个从节点的通信,实现协议转换器的功能。从节点接收主节点的命令和数据,按命令要求采集传感器的数据并进行处理,将数据发送给主节点,对本节点的外设进行驱动和控制。利用PSOC的UART实现的RS-485网络结构简单、功能强、软件开发提供API函数和中断支持,是一种有发展前途的测控网络实现方法。RS-485 is one of the most useful serial bus in measurement & control network, and it can realize the hardware functions of the serial bus with a Universal Serial Bus equipped CPU being connected to RS- 485. This paper introduces how to accomplish the design of host node and slave node of RS-485 bus with the use of the integrated digital and analog hybrid processor PSOC. The host node carries out the communication with each slave node to fulfill the functions of the protocol converter. The slave nodes received commands and data from the host node. It collects and processes the data from sensors under the commands. And then it passes the data to the host node to drive and control the peripherals from current node. For the merits of simple structure, powerful functions, friendly support for software development with API functions and interruptions in RS-485 network achieved by UART of PSOC, it is a promising method to implement measurement g〉 control network.
