西咪替丁对梗阻性黄疸患者胆道引流后红细胞免疫功能及IL-2的影响研究

摘　　要：为研究西咪替丁对梗阻性黄疸患者行胆道引流术后红细胞免疫功能及IL - 2的调节作用 ,采用红细胞酵母菌花环法、放免分析法 ,分别检测非西咪替丁组和西咪替丁组的红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC -ICR)及IL - 2活性。结果显示梗阻性黄疸患者RBC -C3bRR、IL - 2活性降低 ,RBC -ICR升高 ;西咪替丁组术后RBC -C3bRR、RBC -ICR及IL - 2活性与同时间非西咪替丁组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。说明西咪替丁可促进梗阻性黄疸患者受损的红细胞免疫功能及IL - 2活性的恢复 ,这对于降低梗阻性黄疸患者感染发生率具有一定价值。To study the immunostimulating effects of cimetidine on the red cell immune function and regulation of the interleukin-2(IL-2) in patients with obstructive jaundice after biliary drainage,29 cases with obstructive jaundice were divided into non-cimetidine treatment group and cimetidine therapeutic group(intravenous drip cimetidine for 14 days after biliary drainage).The red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette rate(RBC-C 3b RR),the red blood cell immune complex rosette rate(RBC-ICR) and serum IL-2 level were determined with the red cell yeast-rosettes test,radioimmunoassay respectively.The results showed that the RBC-C 3b RR and serum IL-2 level were significantly lower in jaundiced group,as compared with normal group,RBC-ICR in jaundiced group was higher than that of normal group.After 7 days' or 14 days' cimetidine therapy,RBC-C 3b RR,RBC-ICR and IL-2 had more rapid restoration than those of jaundiced group(P<0 05,P<0 01).These data suggest that the cimetidine can significantly enhance the impaired immune function of the red cell and promot the IL-2 production in patients with obstructive jaundice after biliary drainage,which may be helpful in the reduction of the morbidity of the sepsis in patients with obstructive jaundice.
