2型糖尿病患者血清中8种必需微量元素水平研究

摘　　要：111例糖尿病患者血清中铁、锌、铜、锰、硒、铬、钴、镍 8种人体必需微量元素的含量与对照组比较 ,显示 :⑴血清铁、铜含量增高 ;⑵血清锌、锰、铬、钴含量降低 ;⑶硒和镍的含量差异无显著性 ;⑷可根据上述微量元素变化的特点用于糖尿病的辅助诊断和防治。The contents of eight kinds of essential trace element including iron,zinc,copper,manganese,selenium,chromiun,cobalt and nickel in the sera of patients with diabetes were determined and compared with those in the control group.The results showed that the contents of iron and copper in the sera were increased but zinc,manganese,chromium and cobalt were decreased,no significant difference was seen in both contents of sera selenium and nickel between the two groups(t>1 6,P>0 05).The determinative values of these eight kinds of trace element in the serum can be useful for auxiliary diagnosis,prevention and treatment of diabetes.
