摘 要:目的了解南昌市小学教师疲劳的流行现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样研究方法,在南昌市东湖区10所小学中随机抽取4所小学,对抽中小学校所有从事教学工作的319名教师进行问卷调查与疲劳自评量表检测。结果 (1)83.9%的教师有不同程度的疲劳感,按疲劳测评量表评分标准对其疲劳进行评分,小学教师疲劳平均分为(28.52±15.35)分;(2)疲劳得分的多元线性回归分析提示睡眠质量差、目前工作压力大、现职工作满意和日常工作量大这4个因素与疲劳存在线性关系。结论小学教师疲劳现象较普遍,其预防应从睡眠质量、目前工作压力程度、对工作满意度和日常工作量4个方面加以重视。Objective To understand the current epidemic status of fatigue and its influential factors of Nanchang primary school teachers. Methods Cluster sampling methods were used to select 4 primary school teachers from 10 schools in east area of Nanchang city randomly, then questionnaire survey and Fatigue Self-assessment Scale (FSAS) were carried out to all of the target school teachers in teaching. Results ( 1 ) 83.9% of teachers had different degrees of fa- tigue. Counting marks of FSAS judge impairing degrees of fatigue, the average score of the primary school teacher s'fatigue was 28.52 + 15.35; (2) Multivariate linear regression analysis of fatigue score pointed out that four factors including the current work stress, quality of sleep, job satisfaction and daily workload, exist linear relationship with fatigue. Conclusions Fatigue happened among primary school teachers are common. Main factors 'affecting fatigue were the current work stress, quality of sleep, job satisfaction and daily workload.
