护胰饮加减联合耳针治疗新发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗43例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察护胰饮加减联合耳针治疗新发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法将126例新发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为3组,饮食运动组40例予常规饮食运动治疗,护胰饮加减联合耳针组43例予护胰饮加减联合耳针治疗,二甲双胍组43例予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗。3组均3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果护胰饮加减联合耳针组临床总有效率和改善胰岛素抵抗总有效率均高于饮食运动组(P<0.05),护胰饮加减联合耳针组临床疗效和改善胰岛素抵抗疗效优于饮食运动组。护胰饮加减联合耳针组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、体质量指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均较饮食运动组治疗后降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);护胰饮加减联合耳针组治疗后2 h PG、BMI、TG均较二甲双胍组治疗后降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)结论护胰饮加减联合耳针治疗新发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗,能明显改善症状,降低血糖,增加胰岛素敏感性,改善新发2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗,且无副作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Huyiyin combined with auricular acupuncture on new - on- set type 2 diabetic insulin resistance. Methods 126 patients with new - onset type 2 diabetic insulin resistance were randomly divided into three groups. 40 cases in diet and exercise group received conventional diet and exercise therapy. 43 patients in Huyiyin group received Huyiyin combined with auricular point therapy. 43 patients in mefformin group received metforrnin treatment. The course was three months in three groups. Results The overall clinical efficiency and total efficiency of improving insulin resistance in Huyiyin group was higher than that in diet and exercise group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Clinieal efficacy and improving insulin resistance efficacy in Huyiyin group was higher than that in diet and exercise group. FPG, 2h PG, FINS, BMI, TG and HOMA -IR in Huyiyin group were decreased as compared with those in diet and exercise group after treatment （P 〈0.05, P 〈0. O1 ）. 2h PG, BMI and TG in Huyiyin group were decreased as compared with those in mefformin group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huyiyin combined with auricular acupuncture can significantly improve symptoms, lower blood sugar, increase insulin sensitivity, improve new -onset type 2 diabetic insulin resistance, and without side effects.
