摘  要:目的探讨仙鹿壮骨方君臣佐药不同配伍对骨质疏松症大鼠的治疗作用及其配伍规律。方法将130只SD雌性大鼠随机分为13组,即空白组,模型组,西药组,君药加臣药大、小剂量组,君药加佐药大、小剂量组,臣药加佐药大、小剂量组,佐药大、小剂量组,全方大、小剂量组,每组各10只。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠均以地塞米松磷酸钠注射液0.1 mg/100 g,每周2次肌肉注射,连续12周,造成骨质疏松症模型。造模同时各中药组分别予相应药液灌胃。西药组以新盖中盖高钙片药液2 mL/100 g灌胃,模型组及空白组予1mL/100 g蒸馏水灌胃。均每日1次,连续12周。检测各组大鼠骨钙素及骨密度值。结果模型组大鼠骨钙素与空白组比较明显下降(P<0.05);西药组,君药加臣药大、小剂量组,君药加佐药大、小剂量组,全方大、小剂量组骨钙素与模型组比较明显升高(P<0.05);臣药加佐药大剂量组、佐药大剂量组骨钙素低于君药加臣药大剂量组(P<0.05);臣药加佐药大剂量组骨钙素低于君药加佐药大剂量组(P<0.05);佐药大剂量组骨钙素低于全方大剂量组(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠骨密度值与空白组比较明显下降(P<0.05),而各药物组与模型组比较均明显升高(P<0.05),其中君药加臣药大剂量组高于佐药大剂量组(P<0.05),全方大剂量组高于臣药加佐药大剂量组、佐药大剂量组及全方小剂量组(P<0.05)。结论仙鹿壮骨方各拆方组均可升高骨质疏松症大鼠骨密度及骨钙素,全方大剂量组升高骨密度和骨钙素效果最为显著,骨质疏松症肾虚与血瘀同时存在。Objective To research the therapeutic effect and its compatibility rule for different compatibility of Jun, Chen, Zuo herbs of Xianlu Zhuanggu prescription. Methods 130 SD rats were randomly divided into thir- teen groups, control group, model group, western medicine group, high - dose Jun and Chen herbs group, low - dose Jun and Chen herbs group, high - dose Jun and Zuo herbs group, low - dose Jun and Zuo herbs group, high - dose Chen and Zuo herbs group, low - dose Chen and Zuo herbs group, high - dose Zuo herbs group, low - dose Zuo herbs group, high - dose Xianlu Zhuanggu prescription group and low - dose Xianlu Zhuanggu prescription group in which 10 rats. In addition to the control group, the rest of the rats received dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection 0.1 mg/100 g body weight, 2 times per week intramuscular injection for 12 weeks for introducing osteoporosis model. Each traditional Chinese medicine group was given the corresponding drug solution gavages while modeling. The western medicine group received new Gaizhonggai liquid 2 mL/100 g body weight orally; model group and control group were given distilled water 1 mL/100 g, once a day for 12 consecutive weeks. Osteocalcin and BMD of rats were observed. Results Osteocalcin of rats in model group was decreased as compared with that in control group (P 〈 O. 05). Osteocalcin of rats in western medicine group, high - dose Jun and Chen herbs group, low - dose Jun and Chen herbs group, high - dose Jun and Zuo herbs group, low - dose Jun and Zuo herbs group, high - dose Xianlu Zhuanggu prescription group and low - dose Xianlu Zhuanggu prescrip- tion group was increased as compared with that in model group (P 〈 0.05 ). Osteocalcin of rats in high - dose Chen and Zuo herbs group and high - dose Zuo herbs group was lower than that in high - dose Jun and Chen herbs group (P 〈 0.05).
