摘　　要：目的:探究RGH患者的心理健康状况与疾病发展过程的相互关系,为本病的心理干预和健康指导提供更多的依据。方法:采用国际统一的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),在疾病发展的不同阶段由专业人员调查80例RGH患者的心理健康状况,并在不同病程、复发次数等的患者间进行比较。结果:RGH患者SDS、SCL-90平均得分显著高于国内常模,SDS与SCL-90在对RGH患者焦虑、抑郁等心理状态评估的结果基本一致,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。RGH患者的SCL-90总分及抑郁、焦虑、偏执、恐怖因子均明显提高。病程长、复发频率高、伴有其他性传播疾病的RGH患者SDS、SCL-90得分明显提高(P<0.05),但复发次数、皮疹持续时间对患者心理状况的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。患者在发病前SDS及SCL-90得分显著高于治疗后10d(P<0.01)及治疗后30d(P<0.05)。结论:RGH患者心理健康状况较差,以抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和偏执等症状较为显著,其心理状况与疾病的发展有密切关系。Objective. To investigate relationship between psychological status and progression of disease in RGH patients. Methods： A total of 80 RGH patients were selected and their psychological status were assessed by SDS and SCL-90. Psychological status was compared among patients with different course and different relapse time. Results. Average score of SDS and SCL-90 of all patients were significantly higher than domestic norm level. These scores of SDS and Scl-90 were consistent regarding to psychological status such as anxiety, depression etc （P〈0.05）. SCL-90 score and factors of depression, anxiety, paranoia, phobia were remarkably increased in RGH patients, and the increase was more significant in patients with longer disease course, frequent relapse and those complicated with other transmitted sexu- al diseases （P〈0.05）, but relapse frequency and rash duration were not significuntly associated with psychological status（P〉0.05）. SDS and SCL-90 scores were significantly higher before onset than those after treatment （P〈0.05）. Oonclusions： RGH patients are in poor psychological status, especially in anxiety, depression, phobia, paranoia, etc. The physcholical status has close association with the＇development of disease.
