摘 要:以某型混合动力叉车为研究对象,基于动力驱动系统的结构布置和工作原理,在Matlab/Simulink环境中建立了整车后向仿真模型并设计了基于模糊逻辑的转矩分配控制策略,利用遗传算法工具箱对所建模糊控制器的隶属度函数进行了优化。为了验证模型的正确性及控制策略的控制效果,进行了叉车油耗循环工况仿真。仿真结果表明,采用该模糊转矩控制策略的混合动力叉车能够在满足蓄电池荷电状态的情况下,实现最佳的燃油经济性。With a hybrid forklift as study object,the vehicle backward simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink based on the structural arrangement and working principle of power-driven system,with the design of torque distribution control strategy on the basis of the fuzzy logics followed.The membership function of the built fuzzy controller is optimized with the help of GA Toolbox.To verify the correctness of the model and control effectiveness of the mentioned strategy,simulation for the driving cycle of fuel consumption for forklifts is performed.The simulation result shows that the hybrid forklift applying such fuzzy torque control strategy is able to realize the optimum fuel economy under the desired battery charge state.
