摘 要:以铁木辛柯梁理论为基础,将某机械式停车设备简化成空间二维解析模型,并进行解析计算。为了精确地获取停车设备各位置的强度特性,采用刚柔耦合的多体动力学数值分析方法,建立停车设备的多体系统模型,通过施加合理的约束和驱动,完成其一个工作行程的动力学仿真,获得了整个工作行程中各个工况的动力学特性,确定了各零部件的最危险工况,用于安全评价,并与解析解进行比较,两者的误差较小,表明刚柔耦合的多体动力学分析方法在强度评价中是精确的,可在工程实际中推广应用。Based on the theory of Timoshenko beam,a mechanical parking equipment is simplified into 2D analytical model,for the purpose of analytical calculation.To accurately get the strength characteristics in different positions of the parking equipment,the multi-body systematical model for parking equipment is built by the numerical analysis method of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics.The dynamic simulation for an operating stroke is completed by applying proper constraints and drive,so that the dynamic characteristics under different working conditions for the whole operating stroke are figured out,with determination of most dangerous situation of various parts for the purpose of safety evaluation.Comparison of such evaluation and analytical result shows the analysis method of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics is most accurate,suitable for application in engineering practices.
