起重机跨度测量时测点位置的探讨

摘　　要：通过车轮的偏斜以及桥架的变形对起重机跨度测量影响的分析,指出在起重机制造时跨度测量应在车轮水平直径处进行,并在车轮无偏斜或只有水平偏斜的情况下,测量时应按负公差进行控制,尽量不要制造正公差。Through analysis of the effect of wheel deflection and bridge deformation on the crane span measurement,it＇s noted that span measurement during crane manufacture shall be performed on wheel horizontal diameter position,and under the conditions that the wheels is of no deflection or only horizontal deflection,measurement shall be controlled as per negative tolerance instead of positive tolerance to the greatest extent.
