云南某地铜钨铁多金属矿选矿工艺研究

摘　　要：矿样采自云南某地铜铁钨复杂多金属矿。原矿入选品位为铜0.14%、钨0.30%、铁30.70%。经选矿方案对比试验后,确定"铜硫混合浮选—粗精矿再磨铜硫分离—白钨浮选—铁弱磁选"联合选矿工艺,在有效回收钨、铁的同时,铜也得到综合回收。The ore simple is mined from a copper-iron-tungsten complex polymetallic mine, with the feed grades of 0.14% Cu, 0.30% WO3 and 30.70% Fe. After the dressing programs comparison, the combination flowsheet of Cu-S bulk flotation, rough concentrate regrinding followed by Cu-S separationscheelite flotation, low-intensity magnetic separation is adopted. The tungsten and iron minerals are recoveried efficiently, while the copper minerals is comprehensively recoveried.
