摘 要:对某钨锡多金属矿选钨锡的尾矿进行了回收铜锌的研究,研究确定了采用先浮铜后浮锌的优先浮选工艺回收铜锌矿物。在磨矿细度为-75μm占86%的条件下,用石灰作调整剂,硫酸锌作硫化锌矿物的抑制剂,Dy和丁基铵黑药作捕收剂浮选铜;用硫酸铜作铁闪锌矿的活化剂,石灰作黄铁矿等硫化矿的抑制剂浮选锌。在给矿铜锌品位分别为1.42%、2.78%时,获得铜精矿品位23.85%、回收率90.02%,锌精矿品位45.02%、回收率85.18%的良好指标。The study of recovering of copper and zinc minerals from the tailings tungsten and tin polymetallie ores was investigated, and finally the process flowsheet of copper selective flotation followed by zinc flotation was determined. Under the grinding fineness of -75 μm 86%, using the lime as modifier, the zinc sulfate as depressant to inhibit the zinc flotation and the Dy and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as copper collector, and then the copper minerals were floated. The zinc minerals were recoveried through the copper sulfate activating the marmatite and the lime depressing the pyrite and other sulphide minerals.When the feed assaying of 1.42% Cu and 2.78% Zn, The copper and zinc concentrates grading 23.85% Cu and 45.02% Zn with the recoveries of 90.02% and 85.18% were obtained.
