摘  要:西南某高铁银铅锌氧化矿主要矿物为白铅矿、铅铁矾、菱锌矿、异极矿、褐铁矿,银以类质同象形式赋存于铅矿物中。试验采用新型AF药剂对铅和银同时浮选,取得铅品位42%、含银1 460 g/t、铅回收率70%、银回收率达77%的银铅精矿。在浮选氧化锌时采用一项新的氧化锌浮选技术,不脱泥直接加新型LW51捕收剂,得到锌精矿品位20.15%、锌回收率63.92%。此选别工艺可有效处理该地区高铁银铅锌氧化矿石。The value minerals of a high-iron Ag-Pb-Zn ore of southwest china are cerussite, plumbojarosite, smithsonite, hemimorphite, and limonite, and the silver minerals are mainly occurred in the lead minerals in the form of isomorphism. A new type collector of AF was adopted to float lead and silver minerals, finally the Ag-Pb concentrate grading 42% Pb and 1 460 g/t Ag with recoveries of 70% Pb and 77% Ag was obtained. A new technique was selected in the flotation of zinc minerals, the collector of LWS1 was added to the pulp without de-sliming, finally the zinc concentrate grade reached to 20.15% with recovery of 63.92%. This selective process could he applied to treat these type of high-iron Ag-Pb-Zn oxide ore efficiently of the reion.
