摘 要:针对海拉尔盆地断块发育、砂体零散、薄差储层纵向无应力遮挡,应用常规压裂工艺效果不理想的问题,开展了可降解纤维压裂技术研究。通过室内实验研制了纤维压裂液体系,改善裂缝铺砂剖面并形成有效支撑,纤维在90℃条件下可降解96.0%,具有良好的悬砂性能且不影响裂缝的导流能力;应用纤维转向压裂工艺使裂缝改造成多条分支裂缝,扩展裂缝与油藏接触面积,压裂效果显著。现场试验表明:可降解纤维压裂液施工井裂缝导流能力和改造效果好于邻井,裂缝导流能力由24.5μm^2·cm增加到31.5μm^2·cm;采用纤维转向压裂工艺的重复压裂井产液强度由初次压裂的0.089t/(d·m)提高到0.16t/(d·m)。In the light of the serious development of faulted blocks, scattered sandbodies, thin-poor reservoirs and there are no stresses to block vertically in Hailar Basin, and moreover focused on the problem of the non-ideal effects in the conventional fracturing technologies, the technique of degradable fiber fracturing is researched. With the help of the indoor experiment, the system of fiber fracturing liquid is developed, and then the squeezed sand profiles are improved, and furthermore the effective prop is formed, under the condition of 90 ℃ , the fiber degraded rate is up to 96.0 %, thus the fiber possesses much better sand-floating capacity and there is no influence on the fracture conductivity; by means of the fiber inverting fracturing technology, the fractures can be reformed into many branches and moreover the areas between the fractures and reservoirs are expanded. In a word, the fractured results are obvious. The field test shows that the fracture conductivity and reformed results for the fractured wells by the degradable fiber fracturing fluid are better than those of the neighboring wells: from 24. 5μm2·cm to 31.5 2 μm2·cm; the liquid produced intensity for the refractured wells by the fiber inverted fracturing technology is enhanced from 0. 089 t/( d · m) ( initial fracturing) to 0. 16 t/( d · m).
