特高含水期水驱高效压裂工艺技术

摘　　要：大庆喇嘛甸油田进入特高含水期开发阶段，水驱油井压裂效果逐年变差，常规压裂工艺无法满足厚油层开发需要。结合精细地质有关剩余油研究成果，开展了水驱高效压裂工艺研究。通过大缝长比压裂现场试验，改善了注采井连通关系；通过长胶简层内定位压裂试验，实现了厚油层内剩余油的精确挖潜；通过多裂缝加砂方式的改进，增强了低渗透层位的挖潜效果；同时加强了压裂工艺的组合应用，有效保证了油井压裂效果，形成了水驱高效压裂新思路。2006年以来，累计施工158口井，平均单井增油量6．2t／d，累计增油量25×10^4t。Since Daqing Lamadian Oilfield entered the development period of extra high water cut, the fractured effects of the water-flooded oil producers have deteriorated year by year, and more seriously the conventional fracturing technology cannot meet the requirements of the thick-layer development. Combined with the research results about the remained oil in fine geology, the high-efficiency fracturing technology of the water flooding is studied. Through the fracturing field test with long fracture ratio, the injection-production-wefl connectivity relation is improved ; by means of the Through the intraformational positioning fracturing test with long rubber tube, the accurate remained-oil tapping in the thick oil reservoir can be realized; with the help of the improvement of multi-fracture sand-sequeezing way, the tapping effects of the low-permeability zone are enhanced; at the same time, the combined application of the fracturing technology is strengthened, thus the fracturing results of the oil wells have been effectively guaranteed and the new thought of water-flooding high-efficiency fracturing is established. Since 2006, totally 158 wells have been reformed, the average incremental oil per well is 6.2 t/d, the cumulative increased oil is up to 25 × 10^4 t.
