摘  要:采用RAPD分子标记技术,对甘肃省定西市旱作农业科研推广中心选育的2个黄芪品种(系)陇芪1号、HQN03-03进行PCR扩增反应,以鉴别其遗传多样性和亲缘关系。结果表明,陇芪1号筛选出的12条引物共扩增出112个位点,平均每条引物能扩增出9.3个位点;HQN03-03筛选出的13条引物共扩增出107个位点,平均每条引物能扩增出8.2个位点。这2个黄芪品种(系)的主谱带基本一致,说明二者的遗传背景具有很大的相似性,但次谱带存在不同程度的差异,从分子水平上说明这2个黄芪品种(系)具有一定的遗传差异性,也说明了甘肃省黄芪资源具有遗传多样性。In the present study, RAPD molecular marker technology were used for PCR amplification reaction of the two new breeding Astragalus membrartaceus varieties (strains) Longqi 1 and HQN03-03, to identify two Astragalus membrartaceus varieties (strains) of between genetic diversity and genetic relationship. The results showed that 12 selected primers from Longqi 1 were amplification out 112 sites which can amplification out 9.3 sites of the average each primer, 13 selected primers from HQN03-03 were amplification out 107 sites which, can amplification out 8.2 site of the average each primer. The Lord band of two Astragalus membranaceus were basically identical that the genetic background of between two varieties (strains) had great similarity, but subband have difference of different degree, the two varieties (strains) has certain genetic differences, also it embodies the Astragalus varieties (strains) resources were the more abundant genetic diversity in Gansu province.
