摘 要:软锰矿浆脱硫脱硝后的吸收液是成分复杂的混合溶液。研究了利用蒸发结晶的方法从混合吸收液中分离出硫酸锰和硝酸锰的工艺,分别考察了温度、硫酸锰和硝酸锰的浓度比以及搅拌转速对分离效果的影响。实验表明:硫酸锰和硝酸锰的浓度比是能否取得较好分离效果的关键因素,浓度比越高分离效果越好。在温度为90℃,CMnSO4:CMn(NO3)2≈12,搅拌转速为200 r/min条件下制得了符合HG/T2962-1999标准的硫酸锰产品。向分离出硫酸锰晶体的剩余溶液中加入稍低于理论用量的硝酸钙以去除SO42-,可制得符合HG/T3817-2006标准的工业硝酸锰产品。Absorption solution of flue gas desulfurization and denitration with pyrolusite are mixed solution with complex components. The process of separation of manganese sulfate and manganese nitrate from the mixed solution by evaporation crystallization were studied. And the influences of temperature, ratio of manganese sulfate & manganese nitrate, stirring speed for the separation effect were investigated. The results indicat that the ratio of manganese sulfate & manganese nitrate was the key factor to abtain good separation effect, which would be better when the ratio increased. And the manganese sulfate accorded with the standard HG/T3817 -2006 was prepared, at the temperature of 900℃,CMnSO4:CMn(NO3)2≈12 and stirring speed of 200 r/min, then the manganese nitrate met the standard HG/T3817 -2006 could be also prepared, if adding slightly less than the theoretical amount of calcium nitrate to remove SO4^2- in the remaining solution,in which the manganese sulfate had been separated.
