摘  要:介绍了焦炭混装技术的国内外应用现状,焦炭混装比率和焦炭粒度对料层透气性和烧结矿还原性的影响,以及提高焦炭混装比易出现的问题。综述了提高焦炭混装比时保持炉子顺行的技术,包括优化混装的小块焦粒度以免小块焦进入死料柱、通过上下部调剂避免死料柱透气和透液性恶化的技术,以及改进偏析控制的布料技术。Application of coke mixed charging to blast furnaces, the effect of coke mixed charging ratio and coke size on the ore layer permeability and sinter reducibility were introduced. The problems arising easily due to the increased coke mixed charging ratio were analyzed. Techniques of maintaining blast furnace smooth running were described, including avoiding nut coke entering into deadman by optimizing mixed coke size, avoiding worsening of deadman gas and liquid permeability by upper and lower part regulation technology, as well as improving segregation control by the burden distribution controlling.
