摘　　要：根据气垫炉连续热处理机组的生产工艺特点,阐述了机组工艺段张力控制策略。包括采用不同的张力控制以适应连续热处理机组工艺段张力,充分考虑张力辊表面材质和表面质量来保证张力放大/缩小倍数,合理衔接张力辊组等措施。According to the line＇ s production technology characteristics, the tension control strategy in processing section of air cushion furnace in continuous heat treatment line was elaborated. The suitable adaption of different tension controlling to the continuous heat treatment line situation, and the reasonable connection of tension rolls taking fully account of the rolls surface＇ s material and quality to ensure the amplification/reduction tensions were detailed.
