摘　　要：构筑PDCA为基础的医院全面质量管理体系,促质量、服务、安全管理等持续改进,不仅有助于巩固医院质量管理长效机制,而且适用于三级医院评审准备工作。在具体评审准备工作中,医院应结合实际,因地制宜,并补充使用其它质量管理工具。It is not only long - term mechanism to consolidate the hospital management, but also suitable for the preparation of level - three hospital accreditation to Build a PDCA - based hospital comprehensive quality management system to continuous improve hospital quality, service, security management. In specific evaluation preparatory work, the hospital should be in conjunction with the actual local conditions, and in combination with other quality management tools.
