摘　　要：分析了医院科室网络建设的优势。指出了科室网络建设的实施原则:严把保密关;选择合适的方法;合理规划,准确定位;内容丰富,尽量满足患者需要等。提出了科室网络建设的措施:成立组织机构,建立管理制度;做出特色;全员参与;内容及时更新;积极开展网站推广等。The paper analyzed the advantage of the network construction in departments of hospital, pointed out the implementation principles of the network construction： strict confidentiality; choosing appropriate method; rational planning and accurate positioning; rich in content and trying to meet patients＇need. Measures on network construction were proposed： the establishment of the organization to establish an effective management system ; making features ; full participation ; updated content; actively carrying out website promotion.
