摘　　要：随着建筑行业的快速发展,市场对工程管理专业人才综合素质的要求也越来越高。洛阳理工学院工程管理系针对工程管理专业在人才培养方面存在的问题,不断进行教学改革探索,从明确专业人才培养目标、优化课程体系、加强师资建设、重视实践环节和实验室建设五个方面对工程管理专业跨学科交叉人才培养模式进行了构建。With the rapid development of construction industry,the comprehensive quality requirements for engineering management professional in the market are also getting higher and higher.Department of Engineering Management in the Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology for Engineering Management Specialty is facing some problems in their talent training,such as the teaching reform,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the teaching staff construction,the practice teaching and laboratory construction.The paper tries to construct a new teaching mode of Interdisciplinary talents cultivation from the above-mentioned five aspects.
