摘　　要：经过多年的发展,我国国债二级市场规模不断扩大、机制不断完善,已经成为重要的投融资场所。试从我国国债二级市场发展的现状出发,研究我国国债二级市场发展存在的问题,并提出相关建议。The secondary treasury bonds market has made great progress and has been an important investment and financing places in these years.Based on the analysis of current situation and the problems of secondary treasury bonds market,this article put forward suggestions to improve the quality of the treasury bonds market.
