摘  要:超临界二氧化碳(以下简称SC-CO2)既具有与气体相似的较低的黏度,又兼有与液体相近的较高的密度,扩散系数则介于气体和液体之间。当它作为一种钻井流体时,通过喷嘴时产生的SC-CO2射流可以大幅提高破岩速度、降低破岩门限压力。同时SC-CO2的密度变化范围较宽,可为井底动力钻具提供足够扭矩的同时保证井底的欠平衡状态,最重要的是它对储层无任何污染,可进行无污染欠平衡钻井。由于SC-CO2流体的这些特性,引起了国内外专家对SC-CO2钻井技术广泛关注。在调研了国内外文献资料的基础上,介绍了SC-CO2钻井技术的基本原理和主要优势,并且调研并总结了SC-CO2钻井技术的理论和实验研究现状以及配套的室内实验设备,最后指出了将SC-CO2钻井技术投入应用必须解决的一些问题,为SC-CO2钻井技术的进一步研究与应用提供了参考。The viscosity and diffusion coefficient of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) are similar with gas and the density is similar with liquid. So when SC-CO2 is applied as a drilling fluid, faster rate of penetration can be obtained for lower threshold pressure of SC-CO2 jet compared with water-based drilling fluid. Since the density of SC-CO2 has a wide range, it can turn the downhole motor in the tubing while maintaining underbalanced conditions in the annulus. Above all, SC-CO2 is a non-damaging drilling fluid which does no harm to reservoirs. For these advantages of SC-CO2 as a drilling fluid, experts at home and abroad turned their attention to SC-CO2 drilling technology. Based on the domestic and abroad literature investigation, the fundamental and characteristics of SC-CO2 drilling technology were introduced and its theoretical and experimental researches status was summarized. In the end, the paper demonstrated and discussed several potential problems of SC-CO2 drilling technology, providing the reference for further research and application of this technology.
